The Curt # C13416 and Draw Tite # 76201 trailer hitches for your 2021 Toyota RAV4 are extremely similar. Both hitches install in the same location and have nearly identical installation steps. The Draw Tite hitch offers a slightly higher towing and tongue weight capacities, but as both hitches exceed the capacities of your RAV4, this really isn't much of an added benefit.
I recommend going with the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # C13416 because it is assembled and powder coated here in the USA. I have also linked an installation video of this hitch on a 2020 RAV4 for your to review.
