Rear Hitch Solution for 2018 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8329SS
Question:
I have a 2018 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8329SS and was thinking of adding a hitch to the frame to be able to put a cargo rack in for hauling kayaks, bikes, etc. What hitch would fit my travel trailer? I ask as my bumper is mounted under the frame so some of the options might not work. For instance the Curt adjustable receiver 13703 looks like the top of the receiver is only 3 below the frame bracket which would mean about a 1.5 overlap if Im looking at the Curt secs properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Since your bumper hangs below the rear frame it would be hard to mount a frame mounted hitch without taking the RV to a fabricator who could hopefully come up with something custom fit. Otherwise you'd have to use a bumper mounted hitch like the Curt # E-100.
