The Mini RV Switch # 37213345 has 3 positions, which they call an on/off/on switch. This means that one of the positions can be considered off or neutral where nothing is happening. The 3-position switch is idea for things like lights that have multiple settings such as off/low/high or for components on an RV that go in and out allowing you to have the middle position as a neutral option.
I have linked a review video of this switch for you to check out.
