We do have an option for a trailer hitch receiver for a motorhome that will allow you to flat tow, though they are not custom fits so they do require a bit of measuring. What you can use, so long as the frame of your motorhome measures between 24" and 46" (from outside to outside) is the Multi-Fit Motorhome Trailer Hitch # 5350.
This 2" hitch has a 5,000 lb capacity, which is enough for a small car like you mentioned. I have added links below to a video review and the instructions for you to check out.
