The Hopkins Plug-in Simple Brake Wiring Adapter, part # HM47815, will fit your 2011 Toyota 4Runner if it has the Factory Tow Package. This part will plug into the back of your Hopkins brake controller and the other end will plug into the factory-installed port under the dash.

If your vehicle does not have the factory tow package you will need to hardwire the Hopkins brake controller to your 4Runner using the Brake Controller 7 and 4 Way Installation Kit, part # ETBC7. I am including a link to a video on how this kit is installed.
