The old Thule square bars do not have a compatible fit for your 2015 Honda Odyssey. My recommendation for you is to use the etrailer Raised Side Rails for Roof Rack - Black Powder Coated Steel # e99033 which is a custom fit for your vehicle and then use the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack - Square Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side Rails - Steel - 58" Long # MPG202 for your square crossbars. If you want to upgrade to aero style bars you can use the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side Rails - Aluminum - 58" Long # MPG216 for a newer look and less wind noise. I've attached some videos to assist.

For your electric brakes, I recommend using the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR and the Universal Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # RED69FR. This will need to be hardwired, so I also recommend using the wiring kit # ETBC7 which will give you the 7-way and all the connections required for your vehicle if you already have a 4-way trailer connector. If not, then I recommend using # 118521 for that connection.
