I may have a solution for you, but there is not currently a ladder rack that would mount on the rails that allows you to use the BAK Revolver X4s # BAK76ZR; normally the only ladder rack compatible with this BAK cover is a Thule TracRac SR but there is not one available for your 2020 Toyota Tacoma.
Instead, I recommend using the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Trax Rails - Retractable - Lexan - Matte # RTT-60851 and the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover - 68" Crossbars # Y01151-5855. This would provide you with a retractable tonneau cover system and great looking ladder rack that are designed to work together and fit on your 2020 Toyota Tacoma with 5 foot bed and Deck Rail system.
