If I purchase the Roadmaster invisibrake can you refer a company for installation in the Cleveland Ohio area?

While we don't have a specific shop we can recommend for you to have the InvisiBrake # RM-8700 installed on your vehicle we can help you with the process. You'll want to find a local RV dealer who does installs and ask them if they would do it (most likely they will) and if not they'd have someone reputable they can recommend.
