When it comes to fighting sag when pulling a 5th wheel on your 2012 Ford F-450, the SuperSprings # SSA25 would be an ok solution, but I definitely think you're better off going with air bags since they will do less to affect the unloaded ride quality and they'll do more to fight the sag you're experiencing. I recommend going with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2597, which are designed specifically to help fight sag and prolong the life of your rear suspension. These air bags offer a no-drill installation and are compatible with in-bed hitches.
I also recommend adding an on-board air compressor system like the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL74000EZ which will allow you to air up the bags on the spot. This is a dual path system so you'll be able to adjust the air bags independently as needed and the wireless remote provides you with added convenience so your system can be used from the comfort of your truck cab-or anywhere within range of the truck.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at, as well as our entire selection of air compressor systems for air bags in case you're looking for something a bit different.
