We have a great solution for you, though the 1-bike racks that are rated for use behind a motorhome and can accommodate your bike - like the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo 1-Bike Platform Rack # RKY10007 - are all designed to fit both 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers, so you will need a 2-bike rack.
The best option for a strong bike rack that can handle your 60 lb e-bike with fat tires and is rated for use behind a motorhome is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches # HLY84FR
This rack has a 2" shank so no adapters are used, and has an anti-rattle handle that you turn in order to tighten it in the receiver, so it won't wobble. The Sport Rider, which actually has an 80 lb per-bike capacity, is made of steel to bolster its strength, and even comes with a hitch lock, frame hook locks, and security cable so you can lock the rack and your bike, helping protect your investment.
I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches # HLY84FR.
