It will not. The # TX259101-CVR is a replacement tarp for the TruXedo TruXport Soft Roll Up Tonneau Cover, part # TX259101 which fits a 1999-2007 Ford F250/F350 short bed.

Assuming your have the TruXedo TruXport soft roll up tonneau for your 2009 GMC Sierra 6-1/2 foot bed, part # TX271101, the replacement tarp would be # TX271101-CVR.

If you are unsure of which model TruXedo tonneau you have, look for the serial number printed on the underside of the existing tarp up toward the front of the bed. If you can reply with that number, I can contact TruXedo and positively identify which of their tonneau covers you have.
