Does Rhino Rack Roof Carrier # RPBL-S280 Include Universal Hardware and Install on Thule Load Bars

Question:

does this rack come with the universal hardware mount or is it sold separately? what is the weight load for this rack? My plans are to utilize this rack with the Thule 58inch steel crossbars THLB58, Thule footpack TH450, Thule lockset TH544 and my factory side rails on a 2011 Toyota 4Runner Trail edition.

The Rhino Rack Roof Cargo Carrier, part # RPBL-S280, you have referenced does come with a universal U-bolt hardware mounting kit.

Anytime you are going to haul cargo on the roof of a vehicle, you do need to find out the weight capacity of your roof. You can check the owners manual or contact the car dealer for the roof weight capacity that is allowed for your 2011 Toyota 4Runner Trail Edition.

I spoke with my contact at Rhino Rack and he said that the weight capacity of the cargo carrier is based on the vehicle you will be using it on. The cargo carrier is able to handle the roof weight capacity of most vehicles.

The Thule SquareBars, part # TH712400, and the Thule Evo raised rail feet, part # TH710401, will install on the factory side rails of your Toyota 4Runner Trail edition. The # RPBL-S280 cargo carrier will attach to the Thule SquareBars on your vehicle with the included U-bolt hardware kit.
