Replacement Mounting Hardware for a 1200 Pound Fulton Swivel Trailer Jack

I need to relocate my 1200# Fulton swivel jack to make room for a box. Is the bolt on Mtg kit compatable ?

I would need to know specifically what model Fulton jack you have. It is possible that you may need # F500286 or another similar part but I can only determine the correct part, if available, with the jack model. There are several Fulton swivel jacks that bolt on and are rated for 1,200 pounds so I want to be sure to point you to the right part. The model number should be on a sticker on the outer jack tube. The hardware listed above has 2 rectangular brackets, 4 nuts, and 4 bolts.
I have included a picture of the F500286 hardware for you that should help to identify if this is correct or if you need something different.
