The Aries Round Nerf Bars part # AA203030 are confirmed to fit your 2020 ford Expedition. The instructions we have linked and the instructions that are on Airies site do indicate 2007-2010 but it will be similar for you 2020 model.
They haven't updated the instructions to reflect the appropriate years but they will work for your installation as well.
