Are the Firstone Ride-Rite Air Bags # F2299 Compatible with a BandW Hitch in a 2012 Ram 3500 Dually

Hello.... I have a 2012 dodge 3500 long bed dually 4x4 truck. I have also installed the BandW turnover ball gooseneck hitch. I was wondering what ride rite air bag system I would need for this set up. The BandW hitch mount plates wrap around the frame above the rear axle. Is there a bracket or kit for this setup. Thanks

I spoke with B and W about the compatibility of the turnover ball hitch for the 2012 Ram 3500 trucks with the Firestone air bags and she assured me that they should work together since the gooseneck hitch in your 2012 Ram 3500 Dually 4x4 does not attach to the inside of the frame rails or at the jounce bumper.

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bags, # F2299, will install on the inside and bottom of the frame rail at the jounce bumper on your truck.

I recommend that you check the location of the brackets/side plates of your gooseneck hitch on your frame rails before attempting to install the air bags to ensure that they will not interfere with the installation of the Ride-Rite air bags. I have attached the installation instructions of the Ride-Rite air bags so you can see how they will install on your truck.
