Could Solar Panel Charger # PTW2997 Keep Battery Topped of that's Parked
Question:
During pandemic I sometimes use my 18 Outback Touring for only short trips, and this model eats batteries. I already have the # for a higher CCA unit, but to keep my OE battery topped off this winter, will this unit work by plugging into the cars interior outlet and temporary placing the panel on the dash? Thanks

The solar panel charger part # PTW2997 can put out a 2.5 watt charge when it has access to sunlight. It could keep your battery topped off but it really depends on the sunlight access it would have.
