Trailer Coupler Lock Solution for Coupler that is 4-5/8 inches Wide
Question:
Looked over many of your trailer coupler locks and have not located one for my use. The trailer coupler I have is 4 5/8 inch across the bottom flange, and the height of the ball is about 2 5/8 inches. This coupling uses a 2 5/16 ball. Please, assist on locating a suitable trailer coupling lock.

It looks like would need to get a latch coupler lock like a Master Lock Adjustable Trailer Coupler Lock - Stainless Steel, part # 2847DAT, for your trailer that has a flange width of 4-5/8 inches. I attached a link to a review video of this coupler lock for you to check out.
We do not have a surround coupler lock that will be wide enough to fit on a coupler that has a distance of your trailer.
