You want to start off by checking to make sure that you're getting that power from your tow vehicle by either using a circuit tester # PTW2993 or by hooking up another trailer that you know is functioning properly. Also check your tow vehicle and trailer connectors for any rust, corrosion, or debris.
If all of those functions and connectors check out then we can move on to the trailer side of things. Check all of your grounds and all of your wiring for any damage or loose connections and fix accordingly.
