Compatibility of Air Lift Compressor System with Kelderman Rear Air Suspension on Ram 2500

Would this work with Kelderman rear air suspension on a ram 2500? The coil replacement air bags? Air-Suspension-Compressor-Kit/Air-Lift/AL25491

The Air Lift SmartAir II Automatic-Leveling Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Dual Sensor # AL25491 is not vehicle specific, so it can be used on your vehicle. The Kelderman suspension has not been tested with this compressor so I can't confirm the fit. If the pressure and fittings align it doesn't give any reasoning why it wouldn't, but this has only been tested and confirmed to work with aftermarket air bags that are supplemental to the factory suspension.
