The K Source universal towing mirror, # KS3891, is designed to clip onto a factory mirror that has a gap or lip between the glass and the mirror housing itself. If the mirrors on your truck fit this description then there is a good chance it will fit. Since this is a universal fit item there are no specific vehicle fit lists for it. I have linked a video review of the mirror for you.
There are also several custom fit towing mirror options available for the 2010 Ford F-150. I have included a link to them for you to view.
