The brake controller install harness part # 3024-P that you referenced which is a fit for your 2018 Ram 1500 connects to a plug to the right of the gas pedal by the center console under the dash basically. If you check out the install picture and video I attached you'll see exactly where to find it.
The p3 brake controller part # 90195 would be a really great option as well
