Question:
When running the jack out to couple or uncouple the trailer, it will only run for about 8 seconds then a click is heard and the motor stops. After 10 to15 seconds a second click is heard and it will work for another 8 seconds or so. I keep the camper plugged in when not in use which maintains the battery. 2014 Crossroads Z1 TT Toyhauler. Jack resembles the 218TD jack listed as one of the Jacks for this trailer but there is no id plate anywhere on it.

It sounds like you need a new jack for a CrossRoads Z-1 TT Toy Hauler and if that's the case then we have some great options. I recommend the Electric Jack with Footplate part # EJ-3520-BBX as our best cost effective option. It would be a direct bolt-on swap.
I am not sure if you were somehow looking to repair the existing jack or not but I would need to find out which model you have as I cannot look this up, possibly a photo? However, I can't say I know will know which jack you have even with a photo and which part is causing the issue either. Furthermore, that's not to say the parts you need for said jack are even available either so a full replacement will be your best option.
