The Lippert Smart Jack part # LC643589 that you referenced is a really great option for a powered jack for your 2007 Fleetwood Nitrous 260 Hyperlight. It has more than enough capacity for the tongue weight of your trailer and has a really great feature that automatically allows it to be leveled at the push of a button.
