Replacement Operator for MaxxFan # MA00-04000K

Question:

Fan motor and cover lifter motor both work fine. Lifter operator part cracked causing vent cover to hiccup when opening. This unit is only two years old. Had a spare OEM operator from replacement of a different 2nd vent with an A/C. The OEM replacement operator worked for one open/closing cycle correctly, then cracked into pieces on the second opening of the vent. Ques: Do you have the correct operator for my 2017-10-A4951KS -A00107? Also, are there special details to pay attention to when installing like manually turning the lifter to fully close, or fully open the vent cover before or after install of the operator?

From checking with Maxxair in the past we've determined that the correct replacement operator for the vent A4951KS is the part # MA10-20281K-1AF which would be what you'd need.
