Which Hitch Mounted Bike Rack for an Electric Bike with Fat Tires on Jeep Grand Cherokee

Im looking for a bike rack. 2” hitch. Fat tire ebike 70#. Jeep Grand Cherokee. Prefer one that allows access to tailgate.

To make sure the Hollywood Racks # HLY84FR will allow for enough clearance to not interfere with your rear bumper the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the most outward part of your rear bumper will need to be less than 5 inches to allow the rack to fold up, and will need to be less than 7 1/2 inches to allow the rack to be folded down.
