Yes, due to how bikes mount, electric bikes with fenders are absolutely compatible with the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Two Electric eBike Slide-out Carrier # LGA77FR.

As you can see in the accompanying photo, your bike's wheels will be placed on the hooks, and then a rubber strap will be used to help secure the wheel. The photo shows the rack being used with a bike that has fenders so you can see how it will look.

The V-Lectric # LGA77FR uses the same type of connection for the bottom wheel, as you can see by the second photo I've attached for you. This is an extremely secure rack that has a 75 lb per-bike capacity and is so durable it can even be used on the back of trailers, which is not something many bike racks that can carry e-bikes are approved for.
