How do you Install the Reese 66560 Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution with Air Ride Suspension
Question:
Hello, I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited that has an auto leveling system that works well and brings the truck level after hitching our 30foot trailer. I am sold on the investing in the system but after reading the installation instructions I am wondering: When I load the trailer to the tongue do I leave the truck running to set auto level or do I shut down the truck and proceed with no air suspension? I appreciate any feedback to help me move forward

When setting up your Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control part # RP66560 you want to turn off the leveling system. This will allow the weight distribution system to do most of the work at getting everything level then the air ride can account for whatever may remain.
