I checked with Thule and they do list the Passage 2, # TH910XT, as a fit for the 2009 Lexus RX 350. I have included links to the instructions and a video review for you. I have also included a link to all of the trunk mount bike racks that fit the RX 350.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame tube that goes straight across then I recommend using a bike adapter bar like # TH982XT. This will allow you to carry the bikes more level and provide better ground clearance. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
