We have several trunk mount bike racks that will fit your 2011 Mini Cooper. I have included a link to them for you. The Passage 2, # TH910XT, that you referenced will fit. I have included links to the instructions and to a video review of the rack for you.
If you will be carrying womens, childrens, or alternative frame bikes I recommend using the bike adapter bar, # TH982XT which will allow you to carry those bikes more level while providing better ground clearance. I have included a video link that shows how the adapter works.
