Recommended Snow Chains to Help Plowing Truck with 35x12.5x20 Tires

Question:

Looking for chains for my 2012 ram 3500 with 35x12.5x20 for plowing. Will these fit without doing damage to the rim?

I have a solution for you, but the Glacier chains you were looking at are not a confirmed fit on a 35 x 12.5 x 20 tire. I'll also add that there are not going to be any chains that we have available that will protect your wheels/rims with tires this size, so there is no guarantee that a chain isn't going to scratch them if they're not properly secured.

With that said, the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains for Wide Base Tires - Ladder Pattern - V-Bar Links - 1 Pair # TC3835 are a confirmed fit on your tire size and won't drape over the sidewalls of the tires too much, so they shouldn't damage your wheels with normal use. These are great for deep snow and are the drive on to connect chains like the Glacier chains you were looking at, but the steel V bar ice breakers are a nice addition since they'll help with plowing on heavy snow pack and ice.
