I believe what you are asking is in regards to tow bar wiring for your 2020 Ford Ranger. And for that what you will need is the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-152-98146-7.

This includes the wiring for the tail lights and turn signals which you'll connect to the included socket; the kit also includes the 6-way to 7-way to plug right into your RV's 7-way.

In regards to wiring for the battery, I checked with Roadmaster, and your 2020 Ranger does not drain the battery when flat towing so it will not need a charge line. And for the supplemental braking system like the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO # DM86VR (if your motorhome has standard brakes) or Demco Air Force One # DM26VR (if your motorhome has air brakes) you will simply need the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400.

The Relay Kit ensures your Ranger's turn signals flash in tandem with your RV's lights. I have added a link below to a video install of this kit on a Ranger for you to check out.

I'm not quite sure what you are referring to by Ford's EOH but if you mean will your RV use a brake controller like when towing a trailer, it cannot, you do need a supplemental braking system like one of the Demco options I mentioned.
