Will the Contender ST235/80R16 Radial Tire fit my 2012 E450 Ford Camper Van

My camper needs a spare wheel. It is 2012 C class camper on a Ford E450 chassis. Will this AC16R488 fit it?

There were a few different wheel and tire options on the 2012 Ford E450 Chassis so I can't tell you for sure but I can help you identify what you have and help find a match for it for you.
The information we need to determine the correct spare is on the tire. The side wall will have the sizing information we are looking for. The Provider ST235/80R16 Trailer Tire w/ 16" Silver Dual Wheel part # TA95FR that you looked at is a 235/80R16 sized tire and is Load Range E. Confirm that this matches what is on the sidewall of your tire.
The rim we have to measure. First the bolt pattern this has an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern meaning there are 8 lugs and they are 6-1/2" apart side to side on center. I have linked an article that shows how to measure this.
The wheel studs should also be 5/8" in diameter. If this matches yours we can move to the pilot diameter.
This offers a pilot diameter of 4.88" measure the center hole on your wheel to ensure it matches.
It also has an offset of 5.35" this is the distance from where the rim meets the hub to the center of the tire.
