As long as your Smittybilt top is an OEM replacement then the Bestop Upper Door Sliders for Jeep Wrangler 1988-1995 - Spice # B5178537 will fit on your 1990 Wrangler YJ and they'll look great. I actually had a set of these a long time ago on my old YJ and they were awesome; they'll drop right into the holes on the top of the half door and the sliding glass is way better than having to mess with the zippers all the time (especially since they were so prone to breaking in cold weather). They also do a bit better job of holding in the heat during the winter, so they're a great upgrade all around.
