The Equal-i-zer brand is a great choice because of its extremely high-quality sway control combined with how easy it is to set up relative to other weight distribution hitches, and we can point you in the right direction in regards to size. The right one depends on your total tongue weight, which will be somewhere in the 500 lb or so range for a trailer with a 4,300 lb GVWR.
For that the correct Equal-i-zer is the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37060ET.
This has the proper tongue weight range for your Jayco trailer and will be perfect for your application. The only other thing you need is the hitch ball, either 2" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6080 or 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6100.
For installation of the ball, it is also recommended you use the Thin Walled Socket # EQ70-00-4800.
