The Hopkins Multi-Tow Trailer Connector Adapter, part # HM47675, will install into a standard 7-Way RV blade trailer connector like the Pollak 7-Way, part # PK12707. I am including a picture of the 7-Way RV blade style connector.
The factory 7-Way on your 2010 Toyota Tacoma should be a standard 7-Way RV blade connector which will allow you to use the Hopkins # HM47675 adapter. This adapter will provide a 5-Way flat, 4-Way flat, and a 12-volt power socket at the rear of your vehicle.
