Replacement Thule Ascent Mounting Hardware
Question:
I have a Thule Ascent 1600 box that has served me for years. I saw the lever type latch Inno has and the part INBRP9 and that you sell them. What do you think about replacing my Thule screw in type claw mounts for the Inno lever type? Im pretty handy. I purchased Thule tie down straps for my kayak rack from your company a few weeks ago and am very satisfied with the purchase. Thank you.

I have a solution for you, but the Inno # INBRP9 haven't been tested and I doubt they could be made to work without damaging the box too much. Instead, I recommend using the Replacement Quick Grip Mount Assembly - Thule Ascent, Atlantis, and Force Cargo Box - Qty 1 # TH05738, which are the correct replacement clamping hardware for a Thule Ascent 1600 cargo box.
