i have a Curt 16125 and need the part # for the legs to fit 2020 ford F250/ F350 factory puck? And does the puck lock system come with the legs or with the truck?

It sounds like you are looking for the Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package part # C16017 which will allow you to mount an E, A, or Q-Series hitch head on a 2020 Ford F-250/F-350 with pucks. Therefore, yes, it will work with a Q5.

The legs come with everything needed to mount the hitch head on a truck with pucks but I'm not sure what you mean about locks.
