How wide is the back side of the Wall-mounted bracket 63” tall

In regards to mounting the 63 inch Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit, Lippert has told us the wall-mounted brackets require a minimum width of 2-1/2 inches for installation, but that at least a 3 inch width would be preferred.
That is true for the width of the brackets for both colors of the conversion kit:
- Black: Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC759516
- White: Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC759404
