Will SumoSprings Help Sag With 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 But Keep Ride When Not Towing

Question:

Hi, I have a 2020 sierra denali and am looking for something that will help eliminate sag when towing, without impacting the smooth automatic ride control when not towing. Are sumo springs the thing for me?

The SumoSprings will do a fantastic job helping eliminate sag when you are towing with your 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, and won't affect your smooth ride when you are not towing. The reason is, when installed, if you aren't towing there will be a space between the SumoSpring and your axle and the spring won't come into contact with it. The only time you might feel it slightly is when going over a particularly large bump, but otherwise it won't be noticeable.

There are two SumoSprings which fit your 2020 GMC Sierra 1500, one with a 1,000 lb capacity and the other with a 1,500 lb capacity. If you tow a lighter trailer like a small camper go with the 1,000 lb capacity option but for heavier trailers you'll want the slightly higher capacity. The SumoSprings that fit your truck are the following:

- 1,000 lb Capacity: SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SS65FR

- 1,500 lb Capacity: SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SS45FR
