Best Platform Style Bike Rack Options For Two Surface 604 Rook E-Bikes

Looking for best rack for two Surface 604 Rook e-bikes, one large and one small frame. Step through frame, fenders, and strong welded rack on back. Prefer to leave batteries on bikes due to dirt and dust collection when travelling and paniers for total weight of 65 - 70 pounds per bike. Is the Hollywood Sportrider still the best option, and would I have to use the Swagman bar adapter with these bikes? Any other bike rack options that I could consider if I am going to need the bar adapter anyway? Perhaps the Swagman e-spec? You do have options. There are two bike racks that will work for you. Both the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY74FR and the Swagman E-Spec # S94FR will both support your bikes as they both can carry 80 lbs per bike.

These are your only options really. You can only have a platform style rack with these bikes and since your Surface 604 Rook e-bikes have fenders you can't use any wheel hook racks. So a frame hook platform style rack is what you need and these are the only two I recommend that can handle your bikes.

Both of your options will require that you use an adapter bar like this one # HRBA-PRO.
