Outer Tube Wall Thickness of Pro Series 8,000 lb Jack # PS1400800383

How thick is the jack where it is to be welded. Im worried that I could burn a whole through while welding it on.

I pulled one of the Pro Series # PS1400800383 jacks off the shelf for you, and disassembled it in order to get an accurate measurement of the outer jack tube. I found that the wall thickness of the outer tube was .108, or about 7/64 of an inch.
