Yes the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687 can be used with a tandem Axle. All you need is a tandem axle trailer that has an axle capacity of 3,000-6,000 lbs and as long as your setup will fit the dimensions in the diagram I've included, you should be in the clear!
