Installation of Trailer Wiring on Wesbar 3 Wire Tail Light
Question:
I purchased a 403076 taillight for passenger side. wires coming to back of trailer are red, brown, and white wire with black stripe length of white wire. All were connected directly to old taillight. My new light has green, brown, and white wires, Im not sure how to match them up. Thanks for any help!

For your Wesbar Low Profile Trailer Tail Light - Submersible - 7 Function - Incandescent - Passenger Side # 403076 you will need to test your trailer wires with a circuit tester like # PTW2993 for function on each wire because the colors are not standard. The brown wire is the tail light wire, the green is the stop lamp and turn signal and the white is ground.
