Harness Needed To Install Draw-Tite Trailer Brake Controller On a 2016 Ram 1500

Question:

I have a 2016 Ram 1500. What else do I need besides the brake controller itself to install. My Ram is prewired. It mentioned another part in the description to plug into my vehicle.

Correct, you'll also need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3024-P to install a Draw-Tite Trailer Brake Controller like the Activator IV part # 5504 on a 2016 Ram 1500. This harness will make for a plug-in-play installation.
