Hello - I want to attach the rack to horizontal bars over Honda Odyssey van and not to the spoiler. What strap should I get? Your video mention D 2 ringfoot straps but cannot find that to purchase. Thanks

The D-Ring straps on the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top Bike Rack, part # HRF2-3, for your side rails on your 2007 Honda Odyssey come included with the bike rack.

You do not need to purchase an additional strap.

Section 4 of the installation manual linked below can show you how to install these. I've also linked to the review video you mentioned as a reference for installation.
