I went out to the warehouse and pulled a set of the WeatherTech mud flaps, # WT120003, and took some measurements. The overall height is approximately 19 inches. The height from the bottom of the flap to the bottom of the truck will be approximately 8-7/8 inches. And the overall width is 9-3/4 inches. I also made a picture and a video showing the measurements for you.
