Question:
2020 Featherlite 4941-0028-std gooseneck. Currently have bulldog manual. From bottom of gooseneck is 24 inches to first mounting and 11 inches to next mounting. Mounting beam is 4 inches wide. Mounts weld to jack Im assuming since I could not weld to trailer. Are my mounting points far enough apart? Also is lower leg spring assisted to retract?

Expert Reply:
In order to install the Ultra-Fab Deluxe Electric Landing Gear Set part # UF17-943010 you'd likely need to weld the new included mounting brackets onto the frame. If you are looking for a way around this you could use the Bulldog Powered-Drive Kit part # BD1824200100 which are designed for Bulldog 10K Lift, 12K Static Single Speed Jacks.
