Adjusting the B&W Biker Bar Base for Height of Road King Frame

2010 road king 2015 road king The locking plate is on the top two holes, should they be moved to the other set of holes.

The B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System Base with Anchor Plates # BWMC2300 does not need to be adjusted to the higher holes. The adjustability is dependent on the ground clearance of your frame. The B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System for Trailers - Harley-Davidson Touring # BWMC2301 shows adjustability as shown in the attached photo.
