How To Install the Low Profile LED Flood Light As A Reverse Light
Question:
If I am wiring it to the reverse light on my trailer the red wire should splice to the blue backup wire of the trailer, correct? What should the black wire go to? A black wire on the trailer light? A ground on the trailer itself?

In order to install the Low Profile LED Flood Light part # 3371492135 as a reverse light, the black wire will need to be attached to a ground and the red wire to the reverse light circuit (color will vary by application). The ground can be spliced into an existing ground wire on the trailer or you could make your own to bare metal. I can't really advise on wire colors for the trailer as it will again vary by application.
