Bike Rack Similar to Swagman Trailhead that Tilts Down
Question:
Has anyone swapped out the bolt at the base with a pin to convert this to a tilting carrier and if yes which pin did you use?

For a very similar bike rack that does have a pin you can pull out and allow the main mast of the rack to tilt down we have the Hollywood Racks Traveler 4 rack part # HR8500. There isn't a pin replacement we can recommend that will allow the Swagman you mentioned to fold down so I would not recommend this rack if that's a feature you value.
